Tickets: Festival Tickets are delivered as PDF e-tickets promptly within the purchaser’s confirmation email. Parking passes and upgrades are typically mailed in late spring/early summer. Concert Tickets for in-person events are initially email confirmations, with physical tickets shipped about a month after the on-sale date.

Merchandise: For merchandise orders, Vision Sound Music employs USPS for all shipments. Expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days. A shipment notification, complete with a tracking link, will be sent as soon as the item is dispatched.

RETURN POLICY

Tickets: No refunds or exchanges are offered for festival tickets or upgrades.
